Ordering
Orders may be made via email, in writing, or over the phone. A 50% deposit is required on all orders before a project is started and the balance paid prior to shipment. We make most of our pieces to order and lead time can vary -- typically 4-8 weeks from the time we receive the deposit until the day we ship. Large items are shipped freight (blanket-wrap service) C.O.D. Smaller items will be shipped FedEx Ground and shipping cost will be estimated at the time of order.
